Chance me please!

Hey everyone,
I'm currently a freshman going to school at a CC. I'm hoping to transfer as a sophomore for Summer (any session) or Fall next year. Here are my grades, etc.

HS GPA: 3.1
College GPA: 3.5
ACT composite: 26
English: 28
Critical Reading: 31
Math: 20
Science: 25
Combined English/Writing: 26
SAT: 1830
Critical Reading: 680
Writing: 650
Math: 500
AP courses passed:
English Language: 3
English Literature: 4
College courses:
S1: Financial Acc, Stat, College Algebra, Intro to Business, Microcomputer App.
S2: likely to take: Managerial Acc, Env. Sci., Psych., Sociology, Tech. Communication
I will have 30 credits from the courses taken and up to 9 awarded for my AP scores.. Not so sure about the ACT and SAT scores awarding credit, but I have heard that they do that.

What do you guys think?

You will have the best shot with your AA degree or 60 hours of course, and with it you should be fine as long as you have a 3.0 or better.
UCF seems to be one of the easier universities in the state to get into, and they let you know admission decisions in a very nice time frame (I knew in less than a month).

After sophomore year of college your high school info should not even be necessary, and it definitely isn’t even asked (with the exception of optional SAT scores I believe) for once you have the AA/are a junior.
