I plan on transferring to UCF hopefully, the application is in and all. I just want to know about where I stand. I have about 38 credits right now, so they will look at my high school transcripts. In high school, I ended up with a 3.9 gpa, 1200 SAT and 24 ACT as an IB student (international baccalaureate- college prep program). I have quite a few extra curriculars (sports) and some volunteer work(relay for life). In college so far, I unfortunately have had a rougher start looking at a 2.5ish gpa(and yes, I know the minimum gpa to be accepted is 2.0 but I do realize that does not guarantee admission). This is mostly due to 2 major family emergencies and a large change in my lifestyle, I am not sure how sympathetic of this the UCF admissions are but my current college grades do not reflect the student I am. Will I need to finish my AA off or is there a possibility of being accepted?
