Chance me please? =/

Hi, could you guys chance me please? =]

GPA: 3.5 unweighted, 4.15 weighted

Rigor of classes: I've taken 21 total AP and Honors classes, (APs were-Calculus AB, US History, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and this year-Psych, Statistics, and Spanish)
I was two years ahead in math and a year ahead in spanish (algebra 2 and spanish 3 as a freshman) so maybe that counts for something

Class rank: 94/485 (top 20%)

Sat: 2000

Extracurriculars: they're good, a couple of clubs, I play ukulele and have a lot of work experience and volunteer hours

My personal statement was good

White and female

I think my stats are pretty good, but the thing is-I applied after the November 30 deadline. =[ I applied on December 13th, but since this was one of the first colleges I was applying to, I didn't realize Collegeboard takes forever to send SAT scores, so I sent them on December 9th and they got them around December 20th. They aren't updating statuses until January 3rd and I'm getting really nervous.

I really didn't think I would actually want to go there, it was just a safety school for me, but I looked more into it and I really do want to go there now. I didn't realize how much more competitive it would be after the deadline and I feel like I completely screwed it up.

Anyway, do you guys think I would still be admitted? I honestly can't wait until break's over and they update my status.

You have a great gpa, i think psu looks at weighted gpa only, and your sat is great!! But since you applied after priority, it may be a little harder because now EVERYONE is applying, but i think you should stand out with what you have a written. All in all i say you have an excellent chance! I got in with a 3.8 unweighted and a 1780 for the fall 2012  dont stress you should def get it!

Thanks I really hope you’re right. Penn State is the only reason I’m not applying early decision 2 for NYU, so yeah I hope it’s worth it. And congrats on getting in! =]

could anyone else help? =/

Are you instate? If yes, then you’ll definately get in. If no, then you’ll probably get in.
