11th grade:
1st semester - 5 A's and 1 B
2nd semester - 4 A's and 2 B's</p>

AP US History (3)</p>

<p>12th grade:
Taking AP Calculus BC, AP Biology, AP Literature, and AP Spanish</p>

<p>My school only starts offering AP courses in junior year.</p>

Writing: 800
...For a total of 2220</p>

<p>SAT Math IIC: 730
SAT Chemistry: 670
SAT Literature: 680
...I didn't do as well on my SAT subject tests; will this affect me drastically?</p>

<p>ECs:
Cross-country for four years; won MVP award for JV sophomore and junior years
Track for two years
Model UN for four years; won various awards on regional, statewide, and national levels and attended National MUN conference where school won Award of Distinction
Secretary of the school's Spanish Club for three years
Started interning at a hospital last summer
Volunteered with a Therapeutic Riding Program for disabled children since 8th grade; moved up to webmaster of their website last year
National Honors Society member</p>

<p>Work experience:
Worked as a tutor for an after-school program for half of my junior year
Started doing private tutoring in Chemistry right after that
I've been using the money to cover school-related expenses for Model UN, clubs, AP courses, and the like</p>

<p>Additional Notes:
I'm also a National Merit Semi-Finalist as of now; I'm waiting to hear if I've moved up in the competition </p>
