Chance me please?

Hey , could you please chance me of getting into UCF?
Some Background: I am OOS ( Live in Georgia) , Black Guy , born in the UK and now a US Citizen, applying to USF and UCF among others.

Grades:

My GPA is a 3.156 ( I guess it's weighted but my school only gives us 1.0 added on AP classes , nothing added for Honors or anything else. Since I have taken so many Honors and AP classes hopefully this will go up a LOT.)

SAT: 1730 ( Math - 590 , Reading - 610 , Writing - 530)
(First try , didn't really study , taking it again in June along with the ACT in April and then again in June.

(1st and 2nd semester grade WITHOUT points added.)

Freshman Year:

Honors Pre-Cal - 78/87(Trying to get this to an A)
Honors Physics - 90/83(Trying to get this to an A)

A.P. U.S. - 84/ 75.1 (I will get this up to a B without a doubt)
A.P. Comp Sci -68(1st year program , it's bad I know :/ ) / 70(Trying to raise out of the danger zone)

On top of all this I played J.V. Lacrosse for a year , and played club Lacrosse for three, as well as running my own small business online. Also a member of Latin Club for two years , won some award for a project in Video , and a member of TSA this year.

Oh and if it helps I got a 3 on the Human Geo AP exam and a 4 on the AP World exam.

Anyone wanna tell me how I stack up? Thanks in advance!

You can recalculate your GPA by adding .5 to any honors classes and 1 point to any AP/IB class. When I recalced it, it became a 3.47, which is a bit below the average. However, I used your current grades (not what you say you hope to bring them up to) to calculate it. Also, I know programming is hard, but try to avoid another “D” in it.

Your SAT score on the 2 sections is slightly below the average and the 3 section is a bit more below the average for the current freshman class. Considering you have only taken it once and didn’t study very hard, the score is pretty solid. (Take it again, and study.)

Overall, if you bring your SAT score/ACT score up and manage not to royally screw up your GPA, your shot of getting in is moderate to good, depending how well you perform in the future.
