Also mark that I want to do engineering

Bump bump bump

Why stop at MSU? Apply to U Michigan! You’re good with all the UC’s. I’d also recommend Penn State and NCSU over Purdue (unless you keep Purdue, like UT Airlington, for a safety :p) VTech is a match but UT Austin probably isn’t, simply because they have very few slots for outsiders.

But what about my sat score?? It is not in the u Michigan range

Yes but you’re full pay so that changes things. In any case it doesn’t hurt to apply.

Thank you MYOS…! Do u think I have any chance at university of Illinois Urbana Champaign

yes you do, at least as much as for MSU.

What but how ??? Their engineering CR + Math score is between 1370 to 1490 . Mine is 1280 even if my class rank is 1/208 my sat score isn’t good enough

International SAT scores typically are below domestic applicants, class rank and GPA count more than SAT score (and your GPA in Indian term is excellent - just make sure that’s clear in the way your counselor words it), and you’re full pay so that’ll definitely help you. So yes you can apply to UIUC.
Of course your 670M will hurt you, but not so much that UIUC is out of reach.
You can also apply to CS outside of engineering and of course look into other ABET-accredited schools that may even have merit money for these stats (especially in the South).

Ohh that’s a really good advice. Thank you I will definitiely look into it
