<p>I'm a junior in high school and, honestly, I can admit I slacked a little freshman year, but I've been doing my best to turn it around. Please tell me my chances of getting into Columbia or NYU, I don't mind a bit of harsh reality, either!

SAT 2: Chemistry 720 (taking more subject sats this year)
AP's: Ap US History=5
This year I'm taking AP World History and AP Lang Comp (the most my school offers at this grade level) and I'm self studying AP Psych. Senior year I will take AP Calc, Ap Lit, AP Span Lang, AP Bio, and AP Chem.</p>
<p>EC:
-Did my girl scout Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards. (300+ hrs)
-NHS, Spanish Honor Society (Secretary), Thespian Society, Music Honor Society, History Honor Society.
-Head of Art and Set Design in school Theatre Company.
-Captain of an Odyssey of the Mind team, have competed in world finals 4 times (and counting hopefully!).
-Hindi Teacher at a non-profit local language and culture school
-Volunteer at Food Bank (40+ hours)
-Section Leader in Orchestra.
-Volunteer with the state alliance for mental illness awareness (30+hours).
-Volunteer at local Veterans Home (80+ hours).
-Volunteer at summer camp for children with mental disabilities (50+ hours).
