Chance me please?

I'm an international student who goes to a pretty decent boarding school.
My freshman GPA was 4.0 at a small private school, and I transferred. My sophomore year GPA was 3.6 with two honors + three regular courses and junior year's is 3.3 with two APs in math and four regular courses (I know it's a downward but the courses were rigorous with double math and skipped one level for English and social studies). Top 10% (my school doesn't rank but got into summa cum laude society). Have only taken SAT once and got 1350/1600, but I think I can make it to at least 1450/1600 in October. SAT2 subject: math 800 chemistry 760. Took AP Macroeconomics by myself without taking course.

EC: typical dorm leader, international club board (country rep), community service club member, boarding life committee member (made my school to provide panini makers and ice cream machine to our dining center!) etc.
played instruments at a nursing home in sophomore year but couldn't do it b/c of athletic schedule
participated in a week long community service trip every summer since 6th grade and did unique things (using this experience at an essay -- it sounds typical but my GC loved this idea after I explained what I exactly did)
violin ensemble leader and orchestra member
summer program at an ivy school this summer (unique subject, and what I'm really passionate about)
interning at an international organization this summer (will learn management)
outstanding participant award in an economic forum last summer
interned at a economics newspaper last summer
writing a research paper outside school and going to submit at a competition
press member for a MUN and published a newspaper for the MUN

senior course: AP Lit, advanced math (already took BC Calc and stat as junior), regular social studies (school requirement and didn't fulfill due to transfer), foreign language, AP Physics C, AP Psychology

something special about me is that I suddenly decided to come to the states without much international/English based education, and the community service trip helped me a lot to become who I am right now. Even though my stat is not that great I improve in terms of courses and etc.

I want to major in business or, if it's hard, economics, and eventually want to study organizations and enterprises and their effects to the society, thus something like social enterprises, socially responsible business, or organization management.

What are some schools that I could apply to? Reach? Safety?

I know ivy schools are hard.. but does it worth EDing one?

Even if I make my SAT score go up, which I definitely will, are NYU, Carnegie Mellon, Wellesley, and Georgetown okay to try?

What about business schools at NYU, Michigan, Georgetown, Carnegie, and UC Berkeley?

What are some decent safety schools for me?

I didn't know my junior year GPA would be this low, so I really have no idea what to do.
Thanks for helping out!

Northwestern?

and also typically the students in my school who get into ivy (and northwestern) have 91 ~high 92 GPA and around 90 for slightly easier schools like NYU, BC, and CMU. Anyone please help me!

ivies are definitely a reach because of your GPA, but all the schools you listed (CMU, NYU, etc) are good to apply to.
