Help me with my college list and chances!! :)

I moved schools during my junior year of high school, went to a boarding school in New England (relatively competitive but not top top). Before boarding school, I was at a well-known international school (i'm an international student from a pretty represented country).

Anyways here are my academics stats and course selection:

Freshman Year (we did the IB in my old school, so these are just conversions from 7 point scale to A/B/C/D scale)
English A- (6)
Math A+ (7)
Chinese B+ (5)
Science A- (6)
French A- (6)
PE A- (6)
DT A- (6)
Art A+ (7)
History B+ (5)

Sophomore Year (still in the IB school, these are again just conversions)
English A- (6)
Math A+ (7)
Chinese A+ (7)
Science A- (6)
French A+ (7)
PE A- (6)
DT A+ (7)
Art A+ (7)
History A- (6)
PP A+ (7)

Junior Year (New England boarding school)
Honors Pre-Calc B+
American Lit A-
French 3 A-
AP Calculus AB A
AP Biology A-
US History A

So currently i have a 3.7 UW GPA, its not the best and I'm going to try and pull it up my senior year.
My superscore for SAT 1 is currently 2080, but im taking it again, hopefully will hit the 2100+ region.
As for SAT 2, im taking it next week, I think i could get a 750+ for math 2 and 700+ for biology.

My freshman and sophomore year I had lots of ECs and a few leadership positions but once I went to boarding school my ECs diminished (mainly cause i found the classes a lot more rigorous and grades were my main priority). However, i did volunteer in a nursing home and I was in a JV sports team. Other than that, I didn't do much though. I'm mostly interested in applying to business school (not exactly dead set, but thats what im leaning towards)

Schools I plan to apply to:
NYU (Stern would be my top choice, but i'd still able to NYU in general)
Emory (Sister goes there)
CMC
Georgetown
USC
UC Berkeley
George Washington U
Vanderbilt

Any suggestions on my college list? Which ones should I remove or add?
Thank you so much!! :)
