<p>GPA seems on the low side, but certainly doable. Your overall SAT I is good, but I think it's best if all sections are 700+, preferably 750+. Your SAT IIs seem good.</p>
<p>Give Stern your best shot. Write some really good essay or whatever they require these days. You certainly could get in.</p>

<p>Well, the M+CR SATI is on the low side. Try to get 1400+ for that. Your SATIIs look fine. UW GPA is a little low for comfort. Class rank is fine. Retake the SATIs, get a higher CR score, and get good senior semester grades. You should have a pretty good shot then--assuming great essays.</p>
<p>I think you have a decent chance. That being said nobody can predict admissions which has tended to be pretty unpredictable as i Met all kinds of people at stern and at NYU. Good luck, nobody here can tell you anything more than what you can guess yourself. Just write good essays that's where it's all at.</p>
