<p>I think you should retake the ACT/take the SAT before applying, because your GPA isn't quite up to the avg., and you're OOS. A better ACT score could compensate for a lower GPA. Also, UM only needs two letters of rec., and hardly puts any weight on SAT IIs.</p>

<p>Yeah , retake the ACT to have a better shot. Michigan doesn't require SAT 2's.</p>
