<p>You can "stand out" among all the others by doing a few things:</p>

<li> Try to get an interview with an Rice Alumni</li>
<li> Do your very best on the essay that you submit. Write it from your heart, tell what your visions are, your hopes and dreams. Be very honest.</li>
</ol>
