Chance me....please!

Female
PA state resident

SAT: 1250/1880
GPA: 3.3 (but my hs does not weight my honors courses)

Major: undecided
3 AP courses
Varsity field hockey, swimming and lacrosse
Various ECs

Pitt is my first choice

Thanks!

Umm... are you going for a graduate degree? Becuase you've already posted that you're a teacher and went to Delaware.

It drives me crazy that people have to lie on a freaking online board. Especially when they know that in one click you can see their past posts.

Sometimes both parent and student post under the same screen name...just a thought.

What is your intended major BlueHen? I know some kids with similar stats but no AP courses who started out in branch campuses. Hopefully Pitt will take note of your course difficulty.

JimmyCO45, I am sorry that I "drove you crazy." I merely logged in under my mom's account rather than create a new one.

I did not mean to violate some kind of protocol or be deceitful, I just wanted some feedback. Never mind.

lkf725 thanks for your feedback and for not being nasty about my mom and I having the same account.

I plan to enter as "undecided" because I am still very unsure about what I would like to study. Thanks!

Well, you know that Pitt has rolling admissions, so apply as early as possible to have a better chance at main campus. Many years ago, I was also undecided. Being on a big campus with many majors and professional schools was very helpful to me. I decided on Pharmacy, which I probably never would have done if I had not met other current pharmacy students. Yeah, apply early, as soon as the applications are available.

I agree with lkf725 - apply as early as possible! I say you have a pretty good chance, but just try to pull up you GPA a little in your senior year (sometimes people can, sometimes people can't).

Little on the lower side, but I'd wager you are probably in.
