<p>Your odds could be slightly better than 50-50 considering you are from PA and they give slight preference to in-state. Also, you aren't applying for their tougher majors from what I can tell.</p>
<p>P.S. You shouldn't be sending in a recommendation from your father unless you have no other choice. It makes it appear that you haven't stood out to others at your school or in your ECs. See if you can get a recommendation from someone at your work instead.</p>
