I am interested in majoring in finance and maybe double majoring w\ accounting or economics

what do you think of my chances at any of these?

You are probably good for most of the schools on your list, but you HAVE TO WORK ON THAT SAT SCORE!!!!!!!

I am sure that you are a lot more capable student than that score shows (although it is decent), but the SAT is the most effivient way for colleges to compare you on a national level, which is why it is so important. Any student can have an excellent GPA at a school with lots of grade inflation, a high class rank at any school with a lackluster class, lots of fluffy extracurrics that they sign their name to and make them look important, but it is much harder to skew your standardized test score.

So, study up for the test (do at least 6 practice tests beforehand) and you will do much better. You got the stats elsewhere to make it in anywhere on your list, even Stern. Your stats right now only make BC, CMU, UVA, and NYU any kind of a reach for you, though.
