Nice…you must be a writer! I can’t tell you anything definitively, but I’d think your chances are good at most of these schools. Do you have a special reason to want Penn State? It’s a great school, but so are the SUNY and CUNY schools you mentioned. I wouldn’t go private or out-of-state unless there’s a compelling reason to do so. You can do everything you want to do at a good state school, and if you choose to go to grad school, you won’t be broke by the time you finish!

Consider applying to honors programs at the SUNY schools, as well as McCauley (for the CUNY schools). You have nothing to lose, and if you do get in, you’ll get great scholarships and perks :-)

why towson?? i’m from there, i’d much prefer to go to a SUNY than TU…lol but that’s just me…from my knowledge u have a pretty good chance at Towson (high SATs for there, good GPA) but beware of like 90%+ in-state students and being stuck in a town with not much to do…if youre from NYC ull get bored fast unless you have the time for frequent trips to baltimore.
