<p>Rank is really holding you back, but I don’t think you can do much about that now. Increasing your SAT score will definitely help, Cockrell only looks at the M+V sections. Everything else looks amazing, but Texas puts a lot of weight on SAT/rank.</p>
<p>yeah your rank is gonna hurt you. My numbers were actually a little better than that rank and sat wise and they offered me cap. I would imagine that’s what they’ll give you too. as far as 2000+ sat score, mine was a 1990, so I’m not sure it would help. It’s not that you’re not qualified it’s just that with the top 10% rule they have VERY limited space, that’s why they have cap in the first place.</p>
