<p>I’m guessing you’re from Cali so I can tell you for sure that you are not getting into Michigan with that GPA and test scores. Michigan for OOS is like trying to get into a near ivy, kind of like NU or Rice. You need to have like a 3.9 (UW) and 33 ACT for those schools. Your scores are far too low, both GPA and test scores, for most of the schools you’re interested in so I would definitely advise you to have lower expectations and try to get into easier schools. The mid level UCs are about where your stats should land you, unless you can get a 4.0 senior year and/or a much higher ACT/SAT.</p>
