Have a blog, Editor in chief and creative head of school magazine, volunteering(raised 1000+. money went to improve aid and childrens access to education in developing countries.).
Head of school environmental club for 4 years.
Held the office of student welfare in the student council at school for 2 years.
School award in leadership and forward thinking qualities.
Taught lower class students in free time at school.(bio,chem maths and physics)</p>

<p>i also plan on sending the uni a portfolio with a few writings. poems and general musings just to show more of myself since i wont be sending any sat scores.</p>

<p>ill be applying for either environmenatl or biochem…something in science.
so chance me up and will not sending SAT.will that affect addmission and aid.
oh yes i also need huge aid…around 40k$ atleast.will be applying as international student for fall 2013.</p>

<p>Academically you seem golden, not much to worry about there. Don’t worry about not submitting scores, they don’t hold it against you at all. Your grades speak for themselves on that. i am unfamiliar with the course level system, AS and O levels, but if they are more difficult than the above average course level that should be fine. </p>

<p>You seem to have a grand diversity of activities, which is good but also bad. Bates really scrutinizes applicants and doesn’t care how much one has done, rather the quality and depth of each activity. The creative writing aspect seems to really be your thing, so i would emphasize that a lot in your essay. Perhaps integrating something environmentally related would be a good idea too if you could think of something.</p>
