APs (only 2 offered depending on math level sophomore year): AB calculus 5, APUSH 5
SATII : US history : 730 - low I know
Junior:
APs- BC calculus
IBs - English SL, History SL, Chemistry HL
Will be taking Chemistry and Math II sat which I should do well on, they are my strongest subjects
Will be taking the ACT, every practice test I have scored in the 33-34 range

GPA: 3.96
Class rank: not offered

O.K. sounds by your college list you haven’t done much research besides copying and pasting the Forbes top college list. But besides that, we can’t chance you based on practice score since they are never consistent on what the test taker typically gets. Like on practice tests I get low 20s on ACT and get high 30s when I take it for real, I have no idea why but I go god mode.

I’ve done plenty of research, these are the colleges I am interested ni for multiple reasons

You achieved exceptional AP scores as a sophomore (and you should eventually test well on other standardized tests).

Including your schools in post 2, you would be likely to get into six or more of your listed choices.

@RoadTriptoCollege2017 maybe you could ask the OP why they chose those schools instead of being hostile.

We really do need to see test scores before a judgement can be made, but it looks as though you could get A LOT of merit money from UVM.

Most likely not Stanford or Harvard, even with a perfect ACT score.
