Chance me/SSAT for Lville, Hotchkiss, Andover, Exeter, and Deerfield?

Hey guys. I am really scared because I am applying to these schools and I have seen many applicants apply and although most of them are from public schools, I am from a private school. I am most nervous about my grades. I go to an elite private school although my grades aren't that grade. I have a B in math although I am in 9 grade honors in 8 grade, and all the others are either A-s/As. Soccer is what will boost me up a lot because I play really competitively and I play for a highly respected club team. I am the captain of the school team and I am the only person in my grade who has been on the A team since 6 grade. I am also the only 8 grader who has been on the A team in tennis since 6 grade. For ECs, i am starting Model UN and I am also doing a computer programming club in my school. I was wondering if they will understand my math grade even though I am already from a private school and be fine with that. I am also wondering about how much I should aim for for the SSATs and what I could do to study for reading comp/verbal because I am assuming they are expecting high scores because of my grades. I can also solve a 3x3 and a 4x4 rubiks cube, not sure if that will help. I have glowing teacher recs. I know its hard to give a chance but I would really like a guess at a look at my apps

It’s hard to chance you without scores. You sound like a good candidate, especially with your soccer hook, but please don’t underestimate how REALLY HARD the schools you’ve mentioned are to get into. Please broaden your horizons. Are you interested in the boarding school experience beyond the HADES-level schools? If so, there are dozens or terrific, engaging, and incredibly challenging schools out there. Some are more regionally focused; some have broader reputations. Most, if not all, have extremely dedicated faculty and really bright kids. Best of luck!

Good luck!
