If you didn’t list the specifics of these organizations in your application, I’d recommend faxing them in. To me they just seem like a random collection of organizations and competitions that could only have a few people participating in each, and that’s probably what your admissions’ officers will think too for at least most of them if you don’t give specifics. (I don’t think that’s the case, but you can’t really chance someone w/o knowing what they’re recs. even are)
Just a piece of advice.

Are you an athlete? It’s what Stanford looks for in about 75% of their admits. All the tech stuff and nice grades etc. are fine, but literally 1,000s of Stanford applicants have all of that and more. Stanford really is characterized by an emphasis on athletes. Can you throw a football?

Specifics have been included. Several of the organizations and competitions mentioned have tens of thousands of people in them (District 5890, for example.)

I can’t throw a football, but I did do swimming non-competitively for a bit.

Like placido240 said, athletics are super important…stanford loves that

Besides that, it’s impossible to pinpoint who gets into stanford and who doesn’t. Just put your heart and soul into the application, and whatever happens, happens. You are a competitive applicant.
