I'm currently an undergrad psychology major at Western Washington University and am looking into applying for the psych grad program at UBC in 2015. I have about a 3.5 overall gpa, and estimate that I'll be graduating with a major gpa of somewhere between 3.8 and 4.0. I will be graduating with my bachelor's at age 20 (unsure if that will have any effect on my chances.) Next year, I plan on getting some psychology related volunteer hours under my belt before applying. Wondering what my chances are of getting into UBC and if I should start looking into other extracurriculars or anything like that to increase my chances.
