<p>Senior in highschool, already applied to Berkeley. The suspense is eating away at me, though, and I'm getting really anxious. I won't know if I got in until March 27th, and it would make me feel a lot better if I better understood my chances of being accepted. I'm applied to the College of Chemistry for chemical engineering, and I'm applying out of state. If someone could read this over and chance me it would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>Extracurriculars
I work part time about 20 hours a week as a veterinary technician at a local animal hospital.</p>
<p>I qualified for the FBLA (future business leaders of america) state level competition 4 years in a row in business math, business procedures, management and information systems, and entrepeneurship. Placed 6th in the state for M&IS.</p>
<p>Captain of the national science bowl team at my school for 3 years, member for 4 years.</p>
<p>Varsity lacrosse player for 2 years, likely candidate for captain this year.</p>
<p>I'm an eagle scout and my service project totaled about 150 hours of community service.</p>
<p>I volunteer somewhat regularly at the local animal safe haven and have logged some hours there.</p>
<p>Also a member of my school's Model UN team for 2 years and academic quiz league for 4 years (captain for 1 year).</p>
<p>I hope that's enough to get me in. I'm also a part of chess club, mathletes, etc, but I figured those weren't significant enough to include. Thank you again to anyone who takes the time to chance me.</p>
