<p>I have a 3.30 unweighted GPA and a 4.0 UC GPA
SAT is 2160
SAT II - Math 2 is 780 and Bio M is 760
about 200 community service hours ( listed a lot of volunteer and activities on the UC app although lacking on the awards section)
Asian Male
Personal statement is SOLID; not perfect, but no where near bad
had a very bad 9th grade year. getting 2.5 GPA. in fact even got a D in honors English 9, which I got an A in Summer school. However the D is still on the report card because the course I made up in summer school is CP English 9.
took 6 AP courses and 7 honors courses in high school.
Ok so please give me an estimate chance in UC Davis, UCSD, UCSB, UC Irvine, Calpoly SLO, Calpoly Pamona.
and also I am most interested in majoring in Computer Science. But what are some majors I should think about applying for in order to boost my chance in some of these colleges that I have slim chances in getting into</p>

<p>UCSD, Calpoly SLO: high match (because of your GPA and CS is a little more competitive at these schools)
UC Davis, UCSB, UC Irvine, Calpoly Pomona: match
Don’t consider applying to another major you are not as interested in order to get into the school you want because transferring into the schools of engineering is a much bigger hassle than transferring out.</p>

<p>For computer science, you are on the bubble for SLO Davis and UCSD - 50/50 odds for all 3. </p>
