Chance me UCs? Will chance back

I'll keep this short and candid :)

CA resident, 16 year old white male senior (yes, I'm young), both parents went to Berkeley (too bad legacy means nothing at UCs)

2290 single sitting, 4.0 unweighted UC gpa (~4.27 weighted) with 3 aps/1 honors. 790 math sat 2, expecting around ~750 bio sat 2 in like 2 weeks (will probably retake).

Taking only AP classes next year - English, Psych, Econ, Macro, Micro, Physics c (mechanics and electrosomething)

My school is very highly ranked and we send around 25 kids to berkeley every year. About 30-40% of kids go to top 20 schools.

I have pretty good/unique ECs. I didn't start any nonprofits or anything, but they're decent. Essays will be pretty good, but I'm not a phenomenal writer. This summer I'll be attending a really selective program at UC Davis and will be doing 6 weeks of research and writing a journal quality paper about biology or something. I don't know what my project is yet.

Sorry that wasn't as short as I wanted it to be… Anyways, can you guys chance me for berkeley, ucla, sd, and davis? Or just any UC I guess. Do I have any chance at regent scholarships? Thanks!

leave your thread in your comment and i’ll chance you back!

You’re on a good track right now, get a 760+ on bio 2 then possibly take physics 2.
Keep the highest gpa you can for the next few years of hs.
With great stats like yours and your legendary status you have a 90% chance of getting into Berkeley. Keeping working hard and you should be fine!

I think you are qualified for all of the schools, however I would implore you to consider UC Bautista as a top choice. The teaching is fantastic and I think it would be a perfect match.

Instate right, I think all of them should be good, berkely and ucla are high matches at worst. Good luck

Your GPA and SAT Scores should certainly put you on target for all UCs. If you have good ECs then you should have a strong chance at getting into UCLA or UC-Berkeley, let alone the other UCs. Please chance me back!

25 kids to Berkeley per year? That’s almost too good to be true!

@schoolboy09 lol what a homie
