I’m a current sophomore at Iowa State University studying CompSci standing with a 2.9 GPA. However, I want to transfer to another university. My top choice is University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I know it’s insanely hard to get in, especially with my GPA, but I was wonder if I even have a chance to transfer into Mathematics+CompSci and/or CompSci+Anthropology? Both are in the College of Liberal Arts. Thanks!
2.9 isn’t great, and UIUC is a top-flight CS school. I wouldn’t say you have that great of a shot, but I don’t know what other aspects you might have. Maybe elsewhere would give you a better chance.
