Chance me UMich Class of 2022

hello everyone
I just want to see if it is worth it for me to be anxious for all these months. I applied early action in october and was deferred. I was notified that there were two waves, but my decision status is still deferred. I know the longer i wait the more likely i will be rejected.

So here are me stats:
OOS eastcoast
low income family
first college generation
sat 1340 highest composite 1370 if it’s superscore
3.92UW 4.35W. I got all As throughout high except 2 Bs in freshmen year
APUSH in sophomore, got a 3
AP Lit, AP calc AB, and AP psychology in junior 2 4s and a 2
AP chem, ap econ, ap art, and ap stat in senior year
I am the executive treasurer of student council
vice president of HOSA
photography editor of school news paper
Do swimming and track and won awards before
Do library volunteering work
Had an internship related to my major and was in a local university, but never had an official job
pretty good essay not super excellent but above average in my opinions.

I sent a LOCI right after I was deferred. I had a pretty good feeling that i will be accepted but I guess not? Umich is definitely my first choice since there are so many things come after I get accepted. I am desperate to hear back.

Your GPA is fine but your test score is low. It is not optimistic for you from OOS.

@billcsho I believe public schools like UMich are big about test score, but it is listed as the most important factor. Instead, GPA and school report are the most important. Will they consider me more by looking at my other activities?

UMich considers GPA and course rigor as most important while test scores are just important. Most other things are just considered. You can look up their CDS for details. Each school is different, do for not generalize for all public colleges.
