With some killer letter of recommendations (I am sure of it)

Yep that’s it. I am an international student from India.

What are my odds at Upenn( wharton) especially.

I have a year left to graduate, is there anything I can do to improve my profile?

I am also applying for need based aid at all the university.

If not Upenn, what school you think I should apply to ?( I am financially restricted. My parents can pay minimum $10000 to maximum
$20000 per annum)

And yeah after converting my board marks (95 % )to gpa , I have a gpa of 4.0

Thank you for reading

I would really appreciate it if you could reply.

Please help me

Can you also chance me for nyu

As an international applicant, you need to add schools to your list which are financial need-blind for international students. These are Amherst College, Harvard, Yale, &, if I recall correctly, Princeton.

Consider MIT.

Chances of admission are low, but they are low for all applicants.
