Chance Me (UPenn, USC, UNC, etc.)

I've made a list of schools I am interested in, if you could group these schools based on "100% in" "likely in" "you'll have a chance" and "no way", that'd be awesome. All my information is through junior year, I am a white guy from WA, with legacy at Stanford. Also, I would have athlete status (xc and track) at the schools that I put a * by, but not at the bigger schools because I'm not THAT fast.

Stanford
Santa Clara*
USC
Claremont Mckenna*
UPenn
Georgetown
Northeastern
UChicago*
UNC
Duke
UVA
UMich
UW (Washington)

3.83 unweighted (through junior year)
IB MM1 Calculus IB MM2
IB Physics
IB Business and Management
IB Psychology
Honors English (2yrs)
Honors History (2yrs)

34 ACT (35math,35science,32english,34reading)

National Merit Finalist (not officially but after paperwork and such (230 PSAT))

4 yr varsity cross country/track
xc captain
track captain
will run in college unless I go to a big D1, fast enough for DII,DIII, and small DI (but not a priority so if I go to a big school I just won't run in college)

DECA
2nd in Area in Sports Entertainment Team Decision Making
Finalist at State

COMMUNITY SERVICE: 100+ community service hours in sports related stuff (mostly Special Olympics, also local triathlons, Seattle Marathon etc.)

WORK: 3 years working as a Youth Soccer Referee, Certified in three different associations, worked over 150 games.

MUSIC: Quit Piano but played for 10 years if that is worth anything

Anyone? Lookin to possibly narrow the list

First of all, I don’t think there’s a single “no way” school here; you’re highly qualified for any school, honestly. I’d recommend not applying anywhere ED/EA, so you can use your first semester senior year grades to boost your GPA a little.
