As far as extracurriculars go:
World Honors Society Member
President of key club
President of students against destructive decisions

These are the colleges that I’m thinking about:
Binghamton
University of Arizona
University of Connecticut
U of Delaware (top 5)
Drexel Univ
Florida Atlantic Univ
U of Florida
U of Hartford
Hofstra Univ
U of IL Urbana-Champaign
Indiana U Bloomington
UMD College Park (top 5)
U of Miami (top 5)
Pennsylvania State Univ (top 5)
SUNY Stony Brook
SUNY Geneseo
Syracuse Univ (top 5)
The Ohio State University
West Virginia Univ
UMass
University of Colorado - Boulder
UPitt
University of Wisconsin - Madison
I would do a Google Search for the “Common Data Set” for each of these Universities and look at section C for the stats on the averages for GPA and SAT or ACT scores. Some of these schools are on my daughters list as well and I would say if your GPA is where you say it is then there are several that you can cross of this list.
these schools would be high reaches or out of reach

Some of those schools like UW- Madison are just out of your league. The average unWeighted GPA is 3.8 and average ACT is 28. You either need to refine your list or really raise your scores.
