<p>You have to include freshman year UCs look at everything. You’re GPA looks solid but your SATs are low. The average for UCSB was in the low 1900s last year. If you had good ECs and essays, they might make up for it, but since you’re OOS, you might want to consider raising that. Hope you get in!</p>
