GPA: 92 (Took all honors/AP/college courses my school offered: 4 AP's, 2 College, Rest were honors)
SAT: 2120 (Math:780 Reading:670 Writing:670)
Did a sport from 9- early 11th grade, and I have around 100 volunteer hours (yes I know it's low...)

Your SAT is good, and your GPA is as well (though I am not as familiar with the 100 point scale). It’s also good that you’ve taken challenging classes.
ECs are not based entirely on just how many hours you’ve put in. You don’t seem to have a ton of extracurricular activities, so you’ll want to show/tell what they mean to you, what you got out of them, etc (ie, how they were meaningful).
Your raw stats are pretty good, so the thing to focus on the most at this point would be nailing down your essays to really show how you’re a well-rounded person.
In short, though, your chances are pretty good.
