My courses are as follows (-with my marks):
IB Math HL - 6
IB Chemistry HL - 5
IB Physics HL - 5
IB ITGS (Information Technology in a Global Society) SL - 7
IB English A1 SL - 3
IB French B SL - 3

5 = 91 % according to our schools conversion
7= 100%
3 = 40%

My English and French marks are low however english is my second language and french is my fourth language, will universities take this into consideration?

My English teacher is predicting my mark based on one test that we wrote which even makes my situation worse, she left the school last month due to she was pregnant and now the English mark will show up on my grade 11 transcript.

And my French mark is low due to I was enrolled in a class which is beyond my level, this is due to not enough people signing up for French ab initio and therefore I had to take a course in which I had no experience, everyone in my french class is speaking/reading/writing French except those of us who wanted an ab initio course.

My grade 10 marks however are much more better with an average of 9/10

I want to major in computer science and minor as a computer engineer or vica versa.

I also have recently written the SAT subject tests in Chemistry and Math II and sent it to Cornell. I'm estimating at least a 750 in chemistry and 650 in Math II (planning on retaking the Math II)
Will the university take into consideration my situation?
And pretty confident on writing the TOEFL which should not be a problem...

I am aiming for cornell, columbia, carnegie mellon, olin...
I will bump this time to time ...
