Chance Me?!?

Well... not really a chance me, but please give advice for this confused sophomore...!

The schools (in order of preference):

UMKC 6 year Pharmacy school
St. Louis School of Pharmacy (new policy = 7 year program)
Northeastern University 6 year Pharmacy
Rutgers

-------If I don't want to become a pharmacist-----

(not listed according to preference.. I love all these schools haha)
USC
Stanford
Pepperdine
Baylor
UChicago
University Illinois at Chicago

The stats:

GPA (UW):
Freshman: 3.9 (Yeah.. I know terrible... I was not a hard worker at all) 7 honors

Sophomore: 4.0 (as of first semester... I will see with second... I've been working super hard but I think I might end up with an A-) 2 APs, 5 honors

------Prospective GPA-----

Junior: 4.0
-4 APs
-3 honors

Senior: 4.0
-7 APs

----I feel like ECs are where I'm lacking...----

EC:
-lacrosse team (started sophomore year)
-volunteering at Missouri University's biology labs (watering, planting plants (freshman year)
-by watering plants I got moved up to working with a grad student on his scientific paper about plant genetics by tracing plant genes back to when plants first formed (continuous, until paper gets published, my name will be in it)
-volunteer at Boys and Girls Club (started sophomore year)
-International Culture Organization (Vice Pres)
-Debate Team (went to state and districts)
-HOSA (state)
-Missouri Symphony Conservatory (1st violin section)
-Violin
-Piano (these don't help much since I am Asian-American, and it's pretty much ignored)

----next year the clubs I want to make----
-Chinese Club
-Leo Club
-Junior State of America Club

ACT: want to get at least a 32 (pretty low, but I suck at standardized testing... planning to study all summer)

Would any of ya'll give advice on what I can do in my last two years of high school? It's scary thinking that I only have two years left!! And any advice for ECs and especially advice for ACTs?!

Thanks!
