SLO does not use the EI and they include 9th grades in their CSU GPA. What is your SAT scores (Math and CR)?
Work experience and EC’s count for only about 10% on your application.

I think you have a decent shot. I would it could go either way 50/50. GPA and SAT a little below average. They do have a fairly low acceptance rate around 28%. I wish you Good Luck.
Your SAT and GPA are below average but, not dramatically. SLO uses a complex formula to evaluate applicants. so, if you excelled in other areas (took extra math/English etc) you could be in.
