You’ll have a better idea after junior after you’ve taken tests and stuff. However, right now your GPA is a bit low for UC standards, so try to get it up if you can. As of now, SJSU is possible and maybe UCR

Work hard and bring up your GPA. You will need >4.1 in UC GPA for the higher UCs.

Agree with above posters, especially for the UC’s, you want to be at or above 4.0 GPA for the best chances at these schools. Work hard on prepping for the ACT or SAT and comeback after Junior year and repost all updated information. Good Luck and you are on the right track.

If you get great test scores, you will have a chance at the mid-tier UCs. LA, SD, and Berkeley are going to be reaches however

Honestly, it is an uphill battle for the top UCs. You are in pretty good shape for UCR and SJSU. Take a good look at SDSU, they have a great Bio program. Do your best this year to raise your GPA and books some solid test scores, you’ll have lots of options when the time comes.
