GTech’s a crucial school in my list, really anxious though cause of my GPA. Weighted and Unweighted really suffered from freshman year…

I would say your EC’s are pretty strong, there’s a pretty impressive level of both width and depth, but colleges care more about the depth. I don’t know about how many AP’s your school offers or your placement within the context of your school, but it does look like you have a positive grade trend with and increasing number of difficult classes.
That said, your test scores and GPA are still a little below average. GT’s student profile had a median SAT between 2060 and 2250 for last years entering class.
Based on your “Sisters of Charity Soup Kitchen” I’m assuming you’re female which may increase your chances, but not significantly. Additionally as an OOS student you face a wide competitive pool.
I would say it’s kind of a reach, but good luck!
