Chance me?

What are my chances of getting accepted into Dickinson College (EA)? And what are my chances of getting a good FA package or merit scholarship? Any feedback is appreciated!

I am hispanic and a US citizen but have never lived in the USA.
Family income: <30k

Major of interest: biochemistry or applied mathematics (either one with a path in pre-med)

-9.63 GPA (out of 10) which is about 4.7 weighted and 4.16 unweighted.
-1370 on the new SAT
-800 on SAT Spanish and 710 on SAT Math level 2
-5/96 class rank (top 6%)
-IB diploma by the end of High School. Math, Chemistry, Theory of knowledge, and History (4) in standard level. And Spanish, English, and Art in higher level.
-115 on the ibt TOEFL

Extracurriculars:
Participation in UN Models both as a delegate and as a member of the organizing commitee, tutoring, temporary jobs during summer and winter vacations, math club, film club, drum class.

Honors (there are not many honors where I live):
50% school-recognized scholarship in 9th grade
Full state and school-recognized scholarship in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade.

Chancing students is silly because what we think is irrelevant. We’re either parents or students–not admissions officers. In addition, we haven’t seen the rest of your application, especially your essays. That said, if you want encouragement from someone here in the US, then I’ll give you some. I think you look like a strong candidate for Dickinson.
