4.03 UC capped GPA

I applied for Computer Science and Engineering (Computer Science)
Thoughts? It seems from other posts that my outcome won’t be great.
Are u in-state?
GPA is below range.
Target ACT score.
IDK about comp sci, but u might be able to get into the university (since UCSD admits to school first, then by major).
Then again, UCs care a lot more about gpa than test scores, if this was a university as compettive as UCSD, i feel like you’d get in bc of ur great sat score. UCSD is, again, iffy bc of the gpa.
