Half of the schools listed are so selective, it’s going to be a reach no matter how good your stats are.

UT-Austin - match
NYU - match
Northwestern - reach
Rice - Reach
Auburn - Safety, and you’ll likely get a scholarship
Vanderbilt - Reach
UCLA - Reach
Purdue - safety
USC - Match
U Chicago - Reach
SMU - Safety
Emory - Reach

I would also recommend Texas A&M and Univ of Houston as possibilities. You’re likely to get a scholarship in at least one of them.

USC Admissions rates dropped like a rock this year, I would probably categorize USC as a possible reach depending on the major.

I would say that Purdue is a match, not a safety. The STEM stats are higher than those for the overall university. Also not great for merit money.
