Chance Me

Hi, I’m an international student from India currently in 11th grade, and I wanted someone to chance me.
Here’s my profile-
9th grade- 75% (ICSE)
10th grade- 97% (ICSE)
11th grade- 75-80% (CBSE, non medical, physics, chem, math, computer science, English), I got really bad scores in my second term exams, but my first term and last term scores are okayish (75% physics and chemistry, 80% math, 99% computer science, 91% English)
12th grade (tentative)- >90%
My extracurriculars-
1.I’ve been on the debate team since 9th grade, was voted best speaker twice
2. Lead singer of the school band, voted best singer once
3. Volunteered with two environment related NGOs, I’ll get glowing recommendations from both
4. Lab assistant in a toxicology laboratory, worked on a small project regarding toxicity in our own city
5. Involved in research on the effect of chromium toxicity on crops that are grown locally
6. Wrote articles for the school magazine, member of editorial board for two years
7. Member of the school Interact Club, a social-oriented club that engages with underprivileged areas of society
8. IT (Technical) Secretary of the school (part of student government)
9. Volleyball team (no interschool tournaments because our school only wanted us to study)
10. During summer breaks, I took math and physics classes which were college level
11. I suffer from one of the severest manifestations of OCD, so that affected my 9th and 11th grade scores because I changed schools in both grades, and had social withdrawals

Also, my father is in the armed forces so I couldn’t really settle in one place for more than 2 years.
I scored a 1540 on my SAT (800 math, 740 EBRW)
I’m going to give my subject tests this year in June, expecting >750 on math 2 and physics
Giving 3 APs in May, EVS, Calc AB, Physics 1

My goal colleges are HYPSM, but I’ll also be applying to colleges like UMich, UVA, UMD(College Park), LACs like Amherst, Williams and Claremont McKenna, I’ll be applying to Northwestern, Georgetown, USC, BU, UNC-Chapel Hill.
What are my chances, and what are some safety schools?
(I will be applying for financial aid)
My intended major is Environmental Studies. Is it an underenrolled major, and does that increase my chances?
(P.S. I know that state schools don’t provide financial aid, but I’m applying anyway because it’s not a priority)
