Do I have a good shot? Should I retake the SAT? Which SAT IIs should i take?

your gpa is ok, but your sat is a bit on the lower side, especially for CAS. And, I am not sure if you have outstanding ecs or other hooks to make up for your scores. If you are a URM, you have a good shot, otherwise, it is a reach.

I forgot you were a legacy. This will help, particularly if your grandfather is/was an active alum.

What will be most important in your case is your essay. If you can present a convincing reason why you really want to attend Cornell and how you will contribute to campus, I think it will help you greatly. For instance, if you are interested in journalism, write about how you want to write for the Cornell Daily Sun and take advantage of the different writer's workshops on Cornell's campus. (Which are fantastic, by the way.)
