State Pre- College Enrichment Program at Columbia University (this program was from Oct. to May and specialized in helping minorities focus on the medical field)- took classes in Microbial Pathogenesis and Organic Chemistry
CollegeNow at Hunter College... took courses in Statistics and Sociology
Baring college credit from Stony Brook University... took history class of Women and Medicine
American Museum of Natural History- took 3 classes on genetics (and also learned many lab techniques such as Western Blot) there and also participated in a summer program that allowed for the exploration of other sciences such as environmental science and anthropology
Restarted school newspaper for upcoming school year(wasnt published in 3 yrs)

Very determined to enter the medical field/ attend a high school that specializes in the health field
Am a very creative writer, not afraid to speak what's on my mind... so the college essays shouldn't be too much.</p>
