Chance meee undeclared engineering!

Hey guys I know i've posted before, but just a small update and a couple more universities! Thanks for the great help, I really really need it!

So the universities that I am thinking of are:
UC LA
UC Berkeley
Northeastern University
University of Washington (Seattle)
Washington University at St Louis
University of Illinois Urbana Champaign
University of Michigan
(HK University of Science and Technology)
(University of Hong Kong)
(Not sure if you guys know, but any help and advice is greatly appreciated! ^^)

Major: Undeclared engineering?

Academics:

SAT I: 1980 first go (660,700,620), 1970 second go (630,740,600), super score 2020
SAT II: Math: 800 Chem: 710

I live in HK (but I was born in the states), and my school follows the IB system.
Currently predicted 43-45 (we can assume it's 44)

Participated in HKUST two engineering summer courses, obtained an A and A- (highest grade A+)

Extra curriculars:

2-3 leadership roles
2 sports (not professional level)
1 volunteer/community service

Your SAT2 Math(2?) score is good, which helps your SAT1 mediocre math section score. However, SAT2 scores have no weight for UIUC and little weight for some schools on your list. So the SAT1 would be the critical parameter for chancing (as you did not show your GPA). For top engineering schools, SAT 1980 is a bit low (below 25% for UMich and UCB). Your superscored CR+M at 1400 is just below average for UIUC and UMich engineering too. So these 3 schools are likely a reach for you. UCLA may be a high match to low reach.
