Chance my for the Universities of California, please?

I am a high school student in California. My friend says that since I have borderline "bad grades", I can't go to UC Berkeley.

Freshman Avg. GPA: 3.633
Soph: 3.833
Junior 3.33 UW/4.0 Weighted
Senior 4.0 UW/4.66 Weighted <projected></projected>

My situation is that I got a C both semesters for Honors Precalc, but my teacher is infamous for giving out bad grades. However the other Hnrs Precalc teacher is famous for giving out pretty much only A's and B's. So I got the short end of the stick. I also want to double major in Economics and Physics, but I plan on getting an A in both Economics and AP Physics next year.

I do 2 varsity sports, and a lot of EC's. But I know that the UC system is basically all about numbers and GPA, but at our school, this year 60-something people got accepted into Berkeley - basically the top 10%.

Do I have a chance? Thank you!

Test scores.

Oh wow, thanks for reminding me, I’m really such a spaz:

SAT1: 2210
SAT2: Math2c: 800/ Biology:760
ACT: 34

I’m a good essay writer, if that would help :/

Not bad, your GPA is low but I think your test scores def make up for it as they are significantly above the average, which I believe is ~2000.

One question: Why double major in Economics and Physics?

you really think that I can pull through with my low GPA? I’m really scared; I know my junior year is messed up. I do have 4 weighted classes though, this year.

I’m double majoring in Economics and Physics and then majoring in Computer Engineering in grad school. It really makes sense, in the long run!
