What's her chance of getting into Wesley, USC, University of Chicago, Washington U, major undecided?

I don’t think chance threads get much traction on the parent’s forum, probably because parents realize that no one can predict, even in a half-hearted way, what someone’s chances are at selective universities like the ones you’ve mentioned. Btw, is it Wesleyan University or Wellesley College that you’re wondering about? Doesn’t matter, as they are both very selective, and therefore, not predictable, even with someone whose numbers are high, as yours- or your child’s - are.
Is your daughter a National Merit Scholar? I assume she could be from her PSAT score, but she would have had to apply and go through the process. If that’s the case, USC will probably be interested in her, and she may have a good chance at some merit money there. The other three are reaches for pretty much everyone.

Thanks for your reply.

From thousands of applicants I saw, i would say she has pretty good chances of getting in all three considering she writes good essays and gets proper recommendations.
Hope she keeps up the work!

Your D is doing great and these scores and GPA will be sufficient for any schools. However, top schools are looking beyond scores. So she may need to build up her EC a bit more to show her passion on something. On the other hand, many top schools also require/recommend SAT2 test.
