Chance my son xfer to VaTech

My son is in his first year at JTCC and wants to xfer to VaTech Fall 2018 and pursue accounting. After this semester he will have MTH 163, ACCT211, ENG111, BUS100, PreCalc163, ApplCalcMTH270, and Computer apps classes complete…with a GPA of 3.84. He is signed up for ACCT212, MacroECON201, ENG112, CHEM101, and introPsychPSY200. He had a 1210 on SAT’s…Does that sound like a reasonable transfer profile if he keeps the GPA over a 3.8 through the year??
