Chance of admissions for MA in Economics in Canada

I want your honest opinion of my odds of being accepted to one of the 'Big 4' in Canada, and if not then what are some good alternatives?

GPA: 3.5
Major: Economics (Forgot my within major GPA, 3.6ish I believe?)
Minor: Political Science

Economics courses: Intro. to micro (B), Intro. to macro (A), Intermediate micro (B), Intermediate macro (A), Econometrics (B+), Advanced statistics and experimental design (A-), Experimental economics I (A), Game Theory (A-, this is a graduate level course for both Econ and Math at my school), Development Economics (A), International economics (A).

Math Courses: Calculus I (A), Calculus II (B), Multivariable Calculus (B), Computational Mathematical Tools (A), Linear Algebra (C+), Discrete Math (B-).

I've yet to take the GRE, but I understand that I need >= 790 on the Quant section and will not send anything less in than such a score.

I'm able to secure letters of recommendation from the chair of the economics department and a few others.
