I applied to UCONN for fall 2012 and was accepted with a small scholarship, but decided to go Penn State. I am from CT and currently unhappy with my current choice, so I've been considering applying to UCONN as a transfer student in the spring just so I'd have it as an option if things dont change. I graduated my high school with a 3.53 UW GPA and ranked in the top 20%. Is it harder to get into as a spring transfer?

Also forgot to mention, due to the AP classes I took in classes I have 14 credits from UCONN.
